These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any Discord bot developed and operated by The Lounge Network ("we," "our," or "us"). By inviting or using any of our bots, you agree to these Terms.
By adding or interacting with any of our bots, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the bot and remove it from your server.
Our bots are designed to provide community management, utility, moderation, automation, support, and entertainment features. Available features may vary between servers and may change over time.
You agree not to:
Use the bot for illegal activities.
Attempt to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the bot or its services.
Interfere with other users' ability to use the bot.
Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or compromise the bot's security.
The bot may process Discord data necessary to provide its features, including server, channel, role, and user identifiers, as well as other information required for commands and functionality.

We strive to keep our bots online and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or availability.
Features may be modified, temporarily disabled, or permanently removed without prior notice.
Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring the bot appropriately within their servers.
We are not responsible for actions taken by server administrators or moderators using the bot.
You may not use our bots to:
Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Circumvent Discord restrictions or moderation actions.
Engage in spam or malicious activity.
Facilitate illegal activity.
Violation of these Terms may result in access to the bot being restricted or revoked.
The Lounge Network and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot.
The bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the bot at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if continued access would negatively impact the service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the bot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
